Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. They allow the site to recognize your browser between requests or between visits. We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary purposes: to keep the site working, including preserving your form state during a session and routing your submission correctly.
• Analytics purposes: to understand how visitors use mytio2.com (which pages are read, where scroll depth drops, how forms are used) so we can improve the site. Analytics on this site is provided by two services: Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps) and Vercel Web Analytics (aggregated page-view and traffic counts). Both run only after you accept Analytics Cookies.
• Marketing purposes: not currently active. If we add marketing cookies in the future (for example, Google Ads or LinkedIn Insight Tag), they will be off by default and only set after you accept Marketing Cookies.

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising to individual visitors today, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

We group the cookies on mytio2.com into three categories. The default for new visitors is: Necessary on, Analytics off, Marketing off.

Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be disabled in our system; without them, core features such as form submission would not work. Necessary cookies do not require your consent under applicable privacy law.

• Form state cookies: remember values entered into the RFQ, Request Documents, and Request Sample forms during a session so that you do not lose what you have typed.
• Cookie preferences storage: stores your choice about Analytics and Marketing cookies in your browser's local storage so that we remember it on subsequent visits.

Analytics Cookies

These cookies are off by default and are only set after you accept Analytics Cookies through the cookie preferences control. They are provided by Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) and are used to understand page usage and to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. If you do not accept, no Clarity analytics cookies are written, and the consent state is forwarded to Clarity as "denied" so that no analytics cookies are set.

• _clck: Microsoft Clarity session identifier (1 year).
• _clsk: Microsoft Clarity per-page session identifier (1 day).
• CLID: Clarity link identifier, used to tie sessions together across Clarity-enabled sites (1 year).
• ANONCHK: Clarity anonymous user check flag (10 minutes).
• MR: Signals Microsoft whether to refresh the MUID cookie used for analytics and advertising (7 days).
• MUID: Microsoft user identifier shared across Microsoft domains (1 year).
• SM: Synchronizes the MUID across Microsoft domains.

Clarity session data is retained on Microsoft's side according to Microsoft's Privacy Statement and our configuration; we set Clarity's retention to the Light tier (30 days of session-level data), the shortest setting Microsoft Clarity provides.

Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies are not currently used on mytio2.com. If we add marketing cookies in the future (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking or LinkedIn Insight Tag), they will be off by default, they will only be set after you accept Marketing Cookies, and they will be added to this list with their provider, purpose, and retention.

Additional analytics note: Vercel Web Analytics (provided by Vercel Inc.) is also part of our Analytics Cookies category but is cookie-less. It records aggregated, non-identifying traffic counts (page views, referrers, country-level region) without setting any browser cookie. It runs only after you accept Analytics Cookies through the cookie preferences control, and is disabled when you reject Analytics Cookies. The collected data is processed under Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity is a session replay and heatmap service provided by Microsoft Corporation. When you accept Analytics Cookies, Clarity records how you use the site (mouse movements, scroll position, clicks, page transitions) and may collect device, browser, and approximate geographic information. Form fields that we mark as sensitive are masked by Clarity by default and are not captured.

Microsoft may process data collected by Clarity in regions it operates, including the United States and the European Union. For more information, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement and the Clarity product documentation.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by switching Analytics off through the cookie preferences control, or by clearing your browser's storage for mytio2.com.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie preferences control. From there you can accept all, reject non-essential, or fine-tune Analytics and Marketing independently. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies to subsequent visits on the same browser.

You can also block cookies through your browser settings. If you block all cookies, including necessary cookies, parts of the site (such as form submission) may not work correctly.
